Career Focus
As a coach since 2008, I bring direct knowledge of the business world, practical experience of career challenges, and effective solutions to clarify, speed up and reach your professional goals.

I work, in person and online, with individuals and recognized organizations such as HEC Paris Business School alumni, global financial institutions, the world’s leading Career and Talent Solutions specialist, etc.
Since 2010, I write a blog in “Le Temps”, Switzerland leading newspaper.
Career path
Prior to that, I managed teams and served on the management board of Swiss companies for over 20 years (banks, real estate, family offices, foundations), being enthusiastically involved in several organizational and human transformations: technological, shareholding, M&A, generational transition, new regulations. Living in 9 countries on 3 continents, including a revolution, a civil war and the end of an empire, navigating change is in my DNA: I made it my expertise.
Education
I graduated from Oxford Saïd Business School and HEC Paris (MSc in Change Management), am an ICF certified coach (trained in coaching individuals and teams) using Birkman, Hogrefe BIP and Hogan assessment tools. Additional trainings include leadership, motivation and human performance, time management, marketing and communication. As a certified journalist, I also have an MA in History and Languages (University of Geneva).
